One purchase = yours to keep. Solo covers 2 of your devices for personal use; Team covers 5 devices for work, school or studio use. Please don't share keys outside your household or team.
🚫 2. Play fair
Don't resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app, and don't disable the license check. If you're doing something weird at scale, just ask us first.
♾️ 3. Updates
Solo & Team include all v1.x updates free, forever. If a giant v2 ever ships with a year's worth of new tools, it may have upgrade pricing — v1 keeps working regardless.
🤷 4. As-is, honestly
Annotate is provided as-is. We test on loads of Macs & PCs and recording apps, but we can't promise perfection with every third-party tool or future OS update. Backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee anyway.
